1.2 million square feet of total building space with up to 360 beds, administrative offices, medical offices, a central utility plant, and two 7-story parking structures
Built in three phases over 20 years

Role: Managed development team and environmental consultants; oversaw preparation of Environment Impact Report and Development Agreement; presented project to Planning Commission and City Council
